Request to ensure accountability in the nominations and election process regarding CHADD of Northern California's Election Bylaws.

Dear Secretary,

My Congresswoman has recommended that I contact your office about this.  A copy of her letter to me is included.

Our Incumbent Coordinator, Lew Mills, took office November 6, 1999.

                CHADD's Bylaws state:
Standards and Responsibilities for Chapters: II-C-7
"The maximum term of office for a Coordinator is 2 consecutive years.
After this time the Coordinator must step down"

These Bylaws (removing him from his office as Coordinator November 6, 2001) did not permit him to place his name on the ballot opposite mine in our last two elections (2003, 2004) I contested him in.  Which he also ran.  And in which I was not allowed to publish my candidate's statement to our membership.

I now wish to challenge the validity of our last election held June 19, 2004 (Corporations Code, Section 5527).  I wish to know the identity of the "election team not running for office" and request the election results from them.  Not one single voting member attended that election who was not running for office in it.

Further, I don't even know how many votes all the candidates got in the previous election I originally contested Lew in held July 12, 2003.  Which was attended by only one voting member not running for office who was ignored and never asked for the election results.  Her name is Cathi Brown, a Notary Public, who instructed me to publish what I had witnessed afterwards.  Pursuant to her instructions, I am upon my website
