5/5/05: I just realised it (I'm glad I saved that envelope): it said "PUBLIC DOCUMENT".  Thanks for all your help Zoe, Sandra, Kathleen and especially "Señoir" David out there.

The simple act of listening and understanding is often so precious just in and of itself.  Thanks for taking the time to do so.

is how I began my interview 3/4/05 with Sandra (thanks for the smiles--you never answered my opening question, did you? .. HA!).  But I think you understood as I ended with "All I want is a normal self-help group!".  It was a pleasure to meet you Sandra.  I thoroughly enjoyed it: "volunteer work", eh? (.. "what?"-- I'm still trying to "get the water out of my ears" from that one).
